What kind of publication do you sell?
We sell books and audio-visual materials (CDs and DVDs) published in mainland China (People's Republic of China) and Taiwan (Republic of China).
Who are your main customers?
Everyone can buy products from our online store. However, public and school libraries in North America are our main customers as we provide specialized services to satisfy their professional needs.
What services are available to libraries?
We provide free consultation, custom selection (including specific title search), OCLC-MARC cataloging, and physical processing for libraries. We are OCLC's business partner. Libraries can contact us for any specific need.
Can I purchase Chinese books and AV titles not found in your online store?
Yes. We try to find them for you as long as they were published in China. However, items published more than 10 years ago usually can't be found.
Can I use purchase orders?
Libraries can use purchase orders to buy products online (select purchase order in payment method), through email, mail, or fax. We will bill the customers with the delivery of the orders.
Why some products can be shipped in 2-10 business days, but others need 3 months?
Our online store features the best publications from hundreds of publishers in China, not just our inventories in United States. Items not in our US warehouse will need about 3 months of shipping time.
Do you sell Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese books?
Our main focus is Simplified Chinese, which is the official language in mainland China. We can also provide Traditional Chinese material, which is used mainly in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Today, Simplified Chinese is used by over 95% Chinese worldwide, and the majority of new Chinese immigrants in US.
Can I order from outside US?
Currently we can ship to North America, Europe, and Australia. Please let us know if you are not in these countries but still like to place an order. We might be able to activate your country upon requests.
